Carol’s Fitness Journal – Feb. 2, 2012 – “The 30 Minute Rule”

This week in fitness has been great. I am not sure what the deal was on Tuesday when I saw John at Lucille Roberts, but he made me work on a routine that totally kicked my behind! To think, our sessions are only 30 minutes long, but those 30 minutes are so intense. Thus, I decided to talk this week about the 30 Minute Rule…the 30 minute work out rule to be exact. Why you should never underestimate the value of 30 minutes and how you can make the most of it.

You can read more about the Lucille Roberts Blogger Makeover program, learn more about the other participating bloggers and follow their journey, as well as learn more about Lucille Roberts themselves on their blog at http://www.lucilleroberts.com/blog/.

Thanks for reading, watching, and as always your support!

Here we go!

Disclaimer: I have partnered with Lucille Roberts to help promote and raise awareness of their gyms and services. I am compensated for my work with them, which include, but is not limited to, dedicated posts on NYCityMama.com, tweets (labeled #lucielleroberts), and giveaways. The fitness program is courtesy of this partnership, but the opinions and feedback shared from them are entirely my own.
