Carol’s Fitness Journal – September 26, 2011
This week, after recovering from being sick, I am ambitious. I have the ambition to reach a target goal and to move past that initial high of realizing that I can do this, without dying.
I also give a shout out to a couple of bloggy friends who have been on their own fitness journey and it shows!

I’m looking hot? Really??? Excuse me while I strut around in my bra and panties with my hot self. (In the confines of my home with all of the blinds drawn, of course. In the dark. Ok, maybe I’ll just put a T-shirt on now.)
Good for you for getting out there and doing something regardless of needing to postpone today’s training! This has been hard work, mostly in having fitness be a consistent part of our lives because of the demands of motherhood, being self-employed, and everything else on our plates. We haven’t given up, though, and now it’s time to take it up another notch so that we can start to see the results that we know that we can achieve.
