It’s Road Trip Season. Are You Covered? (Sponsored)
August is upon us. Just. Like. That.
I can’t believe that I am already looking at back to school supplies and sales, talking to schools and thinking about pick up and drop offs. Summer has almost left us and we are only know really looking at the few road trips we can take before we are a bit more grounded by the obligations and responsibilities of “real life”.
With us, tons of families will hit the road and bring their precious cargo (children) with them. That’s a lot cars and a lot of can happen.
We are ready. We pre-registered for the Allstate Good Hands Roadside Assistance program, and though we don’t own a car or drive regularly, we are covered, and we don’t have to worry about paying pre-registration or monthly fees.
Some of the benefits we expect to receive by registering for Good Hands Roadside Assistance are:
- We only pay when we use it, there are no monthly fees
- Available to everyone in the U.S. – not just Allstate customers.
- Service covers any driver, any car, any time.
- We can download the Good HandsSM Roadside mobile app to our smartphone for faster, easier service.
Additional information can be found here: http://www.allstate.com/auto-roadside-services.aspx.
Pre-registering for Good Hands Roadside Assistance provides faster service at time of need on the road. Those that pre-register will also receive a welcome kit in the mail containing a wallet card, key fob and window cling with the phone number for roadside help. You can have a total of up to 5 drivers on your account.
So now that we’re covered, where are we going?
Well, expect to hear more about trips to Upstate New York, Pennsylvania’s  Lancaster County and Hershey Park, and even expect to read about our exciting return to Boston, MA after a couple of years since our last visit.
It’s August. It’s road trip season. Get out there, have fun, drive safely, and go confidently knowing you will have the help should you need while on the road.
Happy Adventures!
