Carol’s Fitness Journal – August 25, 2011 (with a message to the Fashion Industry)
Oh yeah. This week’s fitness vlog comes with a little rant and a message to those in the fashion world. Why? Cause I am fed up of being dressed up like a circus act or like I have no fashion sense!
But, also a great update on this week’s progress and a shout out to a reader who has been supportive and really sweet to me through this process.
Hope you enjoy!

I hear you so loud and clear re: size and no fashion. Silly waste of a HUGE market. And your trainer has helped you go down in size because you lose inches! <> Great work, Carol — hard to work everything you have on your plate in.
Such a waste, truly. I have serious anger issues with the fashion industry and their inability to embrace the female body as it was meant to be as opposed to the anorexic version that is so often glorified.
I’m so proud of you.
Thank you Melisa!
