NYC Holiday Snow of 2010
By the first snow fall of the Winter season, my family and I are yearning for it.
New Yorkers love to complain about the weather, as a matter of fact, many were already complaining about the blizzard that hot us yesterday long before it was over! I, on the other hand, love it! I love how the city becomes a Winter Wonderland, I love how it draws everyone out to play and adventurers out for crazy walks or runs through the thick of it. I love how the lights shine through the haze of white flurries and the way it sticks to my kids lashes. I love it all.
Here are some images of our adventure through the snow yesterday afternoon. Hope to share more soon as we head out to play in the snow again!

Love this.. Central Park is beautiful and people are having such fun!
We don’t have that much snow in Charlotte! In fact, the little we had yesterday is already melted. But, I do love looking at photographs of it. After 29 years living in a snowy winter climate, I am done for a while! Glad your family was able to get out and enjoy it rather than be trapped by the snow!
Wow! Gorgeous photos. Your little ones are dolls. Good for you guys for getting out there!
Thanks Kirsten and Jill!
